Taran grew up immersed in a musical household, where creativity and expression were part of everyday life. He first picked up the guitar at age seven, which then led him to learn the drums. Later, the practicality of school transport led him back to the guitar, an instrument he could more easily carry on the bus, and from there, his multi-instrumental journey took off.

His goal is to help students build confidence, develop their technique, and tap into their own musical voice.
Will is a local drummer from the Northern Rivers, where his experience has led him from working hard in rehearsal rooms, to playing on big stages in front of live audiences. Studying at Southern Cross University, where he achieved his Bachelor of Contemporary Music, Will has versed himself in learning multiple instruments, such as drums, guitar, bass, singing, and also composing and arranging pieces to further his understanding of music. He was inspired at such a young age, where he had an urge to tap everything that was around him, to then be introduced to drumming and the art of percussion. Meeting and studying from amazing teachers along the way, he has been practicing and working on his craft ever since.

Will is in a local band called Thirst Trap, where they have played all along the east coast with their electronic, reggae rock grooves. Playing with bands such as Pacific Avenue, British India, Crooked Colour, Beddy Rays, Faker, Birds Of Tokyo, and many more.
His passion and understanding of music has shown him that it’s all about having fun, so he is eager and willing to provide a space where music is just that, as well as challenging and exciting.
